About Department

The Post Graduate Diploma in Artificial Intelligence & Data Science at GVN College (Autonomous), Kovilpatti is a one-year, career-oriented programme offered by the Department of Computer Science (Self-Financing). It is designed to equip graduates with the knowledge and practical skills required in the rapidly growing fields of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Analytics, and Data Science. The curriculum combines theoretical concepts with hands-on laboratory training, real-world case studies, and project work to prepare students for industry requirements. On successful completion of the programme, students can pursue careers as Data Analysts, AI Engineers, Machine Learning Engineers, Business Intelligence Analysts, and Data Scientists, or continue their higher studies in advanced computing and data science disciplines.
